Questions, answered plainly

The things dog owners actually ask us, in the words they ask them. Anything missing? Call or text 289-828-4183.

Is mobile dog grooming worth it?

If your dog finds the salon stressful, or your schedule never fits a drop-off and pick-up, mobile grooming usually pays for itself in calm.

One groomer works with one dog, start to finish, in a quiet van at your door. No car ride, no cage, no room full of barking dogs. It costs more than a busy salon, and what you get for the difference is a calmer dog and about 75 unrushed minutes of one-on-one care.

How much does mobile dog grooming cost?

Our Full Bath starts at $99 and Full Grooming starts at $110, depending on your dog's size and coat. Every price on our services page is a starting point, plus HST.

Your final quote is confirmed at the assessment, once we meet your dog. No surprises at the door.

My dog is anxious at the groomer. Can you help?

Anxious dogs are the reason many of our customers found us.

In our van there is no barking room, no cage, and no stranger's car. One groomer works with your dog one-on-one, at your dog's pace, right outside your home. Many dogs who struggled in salons settle in after a visit or two, and plenty end up greeting the van at the curb.

Do you groom senior dogs or dogs with health conditions?

We groom many senior dogs, and we take our time with them.

The appointment is about 75 minutes with one groomer and no rush, and we adjust for stiff joints, tired legs, and dogs who need breaks. Tell us about your dog's condition when you book so we can plan the gentlest session. If we ever feel a groom is not safe for your dog's welfare, we stop and talk to you first.

Can my puppy be groomed before all their vaccines?

A mobile groom is the lowest-contact option for a young puppy: our van is cleaned and disinfected between every dog, and your puppy never shares a space with other dogs.

For timing and vaccination questions, talk to your vet first, then give us a call. We are happy to plan a calm first-groom experience around your vet's advice.

My doodle keeps matting. How often should they be groomed?

Doodles and other curly or fleece coats mat fast, even when they do not shed.

We recommend a schedule based on your dog's breed and coat at the first appointment, and we will show you what brushing between visits actually helps. If knots have already taken over, be honest with us when you book and we will plan the kindest way through them.

How long does a groom take?

About 75 minutes for most dogs, one dog at a time.

Big coats, big dogs, or extra services can take longer. You are welcome to check in through the window any time.

What areas do you cover?

GTA West: Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, and Hamilton.

Type your postal code into the area check and you will know in a second. A travel fee from $20 can apply by distance from our Oakville base.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens. Let us know as early as you can and we will rebook you.

Late cancellations fall under our cancellation policy, which the team confirms with you when you book.

How do I pay?

Credit, debit, or cash, right at the van. Your estimated total is quoted before the groom, plus HST, and confirmed at the assessment.
